Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain identity and access management solutions spanning Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft 365, and Okta.
- Administer, optimise, and enhance existing AD, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and ADFS environments.
- Support the deployment and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms with HR systems, directories, cloud environments, and business applications.
- Operate, manage, and continuously improve the IGA platform, ensuring efficient end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
- Build and maintain role-, attribute-, and policy-based access models.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using APIs, SCIM, and connector integrations to streamline identity management processes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, particularly across AD, Entra ID, and ADFS.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity services and modern cloud-based identity platforms such as Okta.
- Experience deploying and integrating IGA platforms with complex business ecosystems.
- Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and SCIM-based integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Background working in cybersecurity or adjacent disciplines.
- Knowledge of role-based, attribute-based, or policy-based access control frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
