The HR Systems Support is responsible for maintaining accurate employee, position, and organisational data within the Bank's HR system (People Hub) for strategic partner workforces.
This role supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, position management, employee changes, and offboarding. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with governance requirements, and a seamless experience for employees, managers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee and position records within People Hub.
- Process and validate HR data changes accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bulk data uploads and updates using spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity across organisational structures and employee records.
- Create and maintain positions within the HR system.
- Update reporting lines, departments, and cost centre information.
- Ensure organisational hierarchy changes align with approved structures and governance requirements.
- Support stakeholders with position-related queries and requests.
- Create employee profiles for new starters.
- Process employee transfers, promotions, role changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Act as a key contact for People Hub administration enquiries.
- Liaise with People & Culture, Technology, Organisational Design, and business stakeholders to support workforce changes.
- Provide guidance on HR administration processes and system requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support compliance with policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Systems Administration.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, formulas, and data comparison.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work within established policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
