This role is responsible for maintaining position management and job architecture within People Hub for Partner Services, supporting external partner employees who work through partner organisations. The position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing management of position and employee data through SAP SuccessFactors and associated data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer positions, job architecture, and organisational structures within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage end-to-end position and employee data maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established governance processes.
- Perform complex bulk data activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and upload of large datasets using Excel, CSV files, and system import tools.
- Coordinate and implement organisational structure changes across multiple interconnected systems, templates, and processes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, system, and process-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Manage competing priorities across high-volume workstreams while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate employee and position setup, ongoing maintenance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Produce data analysis, reporting, and insights to support workforce and organisational management activities.
Essential
- Strong experience managing complex data within enterprise systems.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Position Management, Position Maintenance, and Data Imports
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including handling large datasets and data validation.
- Demonstrated experience with bulk data uploads, imports, and data transformation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Highly proficient with technology and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working with HRIS, workforce management, or HR operations functions.
- Exposure to data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles.
- Understanding of organisational structures, job architecture, and workforce data management.
