Work Arrangement: Hybrid | 2 days per week in the office
We're partnering with a major Australian bank to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and people-related enquiries from employees and leaders.
- Provide advice and support across a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations and case management.
- Manage and resolve HR cases through an enterprise service management or ticketing system.
- Respond to HR and operational queries via phone and case management platforms.
- Support leaders with workplace issues, policy interpretation and people-related decision-making.
- Escalate and coordinate more complex matters as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping across all cases and enquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- 1–2+ years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner support, HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors.
- Previous experience using an enterprise service management platform or ticketing system.
- Strong exposure to employee relations and managing HR case work.
- Comfortable handling enquiries via phone and case management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and providing practical HR advice.
