We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to join a high-performing People & Culture team within a leading Australian bank. This role is ideal for an HR Administrator looking to build on their experience in HR operations, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes, supporting contract generation, offer management and employee records administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate employment contracts and associated documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate letters of offer and onboarding documentation.
  • Process and maintain employee records, forms and HR data.
  • Complete a range of manual HR administration tasks and workflows.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including commencements, changes and exits.
  • Manage the registration and deregistration of employers with ASIC.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and processed within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader HR team and stakeholders.
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or HR Support role.
  • Hands-on experience using SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience generating employment contracts and managing offer documentation.
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing manual forms and administrative processes.
  • Experience with ASIC employer registration and deregistration processes will be highly regarded.
  • HR qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
