URGENT 8-weeks Contract opportunity
Rate: $35-$42 per hour including Super
Must reside within 20-30 mins from Liverpool, NSW (100% Onsite Setup)
Ability to start immediately
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft environment. This is an opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
• Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and audit support activities
• Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately for future reference
• Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft environment
Key Requirements
• At least 6–12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar support role
• Solid IT support and troubleshooting skills (Level 1)
• Must be fully available to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the entire contract duration and can work 100% onsite
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable personal transport
• IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plus
