Peoplebank is partnering with a high-growth SaaS healthcare technology organisation to recruit a Group Head of Sales.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales organisation. Reporting to the CEO who we have worked with for more than 10 years, you will lead a growing team across sales development, business development, account management, and customer onboarding while shaping the strategy that supports the company’s next stage of growth.
The organisation develops cloud-based software solutions used by healthcare organisations to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support better outcomes across the sector. With strong market traction and ambitious growth plans, the business is now looking for a commercially driven sales leader to elevate performance and accelerate revenue growth.
The Opportunity
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will refine and implement the sales strategy, develop scalable processes, and mentor the team of twelve to consistently deliver against growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Developing and executing a scalable sales strategy aligned to business growth plans
• Driving new client acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing customers
• Implementing structured sales processes and proven solution-selling methodologies
• Building performance frameworks, coaching team members, and driving accountability
• Leveraging reporting and analytics to guide decision-making and optimise performance
• Working closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align market strategy
About You
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior B2B SaaS sales leadership role
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• The ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a growth environment
• Experience selling into healthcare or other regulated industries
