This major enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Cyber Project Manager to lead a GRC enablement and assurance program, focused on uplifting security controls, embedding a cyber security framework, and strengthening governance and standards across the organisation.
This role suits a high‑energy, confident PM who can work with highly procedural stakeholders and push for momentum, decisions and outcomes. You don’t need to be a GRC specialist — strong delivery, stakeholder influence and relationship skills are key.

- Drive implementation and operationalisation of the security framework and standards.
- Establish governance, plans, RAID, reporting and steering committee updates.
- Coordinate control design, mapping, testing, assurance and remediation activities.
- Facilitate workshops across Cyber, Risk, Technology, Audit and Business teams.
- Translate security requirements into clear work packages, procedures and evidence.
- Influence senior stakeholders to resolve blockers and gain decisions.
- Support audit readiness through clear artefacts and traceability.
- Drive adoption of controls into BAU processes.
- Proven delivery of cyber security or GRC programs in large, complex environments.
- Strong understanding of controls, assurance and governance concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Robust project management skills and delivery discipline.
- Confident communicator with workshop and executive‑level experience.
- Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF or CIS Controls.
- Experience working with Risk and Audit teams.
- Energetic, charismatic and outcomes‑driven.
- Comfortable challenging constructively and pushing for decisions.
- Pragmatic, resilient and detail‑oriented with executive oversight.
