Our client is seeking ambitious Graduate Software Developers to join there Adelaide-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in software development, working across a mix of modern and legacy systems while contributing to real business applications from day one.
As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with application development, databases, scripting, and automation, while being supported by experienced developers and a structured graduate program.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain software applications, APIs, and tools.
  • Work with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, build, and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Use scripting or automation to improve efficiency and processes.
  • Learn and apply new technologies as needed, including .NET, C#, PowerShell, and Delphi.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and problem-solving discussions.
What We’re Looking For
We want graduates with strong foundational skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies:
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Exposure to relational databases and query writing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building applications (university projects, internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
  • High learning agility and adaptability.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Enthusiasm for a career in software development.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
  • Experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET / SQL Server / Delphi.
  • Internship, hackathon, or open-source project participation.
