The ERP Program Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial management of a large-scale program, including forecasting, reporting, and vendor management. You will ensure accurate financial tracking and support seamless project delivery in a fast-paced environment, working closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain financial integrity.
Required Skills:
- Experience in program or project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven experience in managing forecasts for programs with multiple project managers and stream leads
- Experience working with program leadership to set and manage budgets (including phase forecasting)
- Ability to deliver accurate month-end reporting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Hands-on experience with invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and vendor liaison
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
