The Role:
As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role operating as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders, aligning and shaping business and technology strategy, with a strong focus on digital and member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and uplift enterprise architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance
- Partner with senior leaders to align business objectives with technology strategy
- Shape the strategy, roadmaps, and target‑state architectures
- Oversee application portfolio management, lifecycle planning, and rationalisation
- Develop and maintain business capability models and conceptual architectures
- Act as a trusted architecture advisor across major programs and initiatives
- Maintain architecture artefacts and EA tooling
Required Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Enterprise Architecture role
- Proven experience advising senior leadership in Digital and Member Experience
- Strong capability across business, application, data, and technology architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to executive audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a consultative style
- Experience worked in highly regulated environments such as Financial Services
