About the Role In this position, you will work across several squads within an Enterprise Business Platform (EBP) environment, supporting the delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. Acting as a servant‑leader, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, and remove impediments to enable predictable and efficient delivery.
You will contribute to the uplift of Agile capability across the program, promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups.
  • Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity.
  • Support squads in defining sprint goals and delivering committed outcomes.
  • Identify, track and remove delivery impediments.
  • Promote continuous improvement through metrics, feedback loops and retrospectives.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and platform leaders to align work with governance, standards and quality expectations.
  • Foster a culture that supports innovation, collaboration and customer‑centred outcomes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex enterprise environments.
  • Current Agile certification (CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple squads or projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, analysts, architects).
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced program environment.
