An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support a Queensland State Government energy client. This role will see you working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise CRM solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.
The Role You will act as the key link between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and future-state needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Design Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business objectives and Microsoft platform capabilities
- Configure and support CRM components including:
- Entities/tables
- Forms, views and dashboards
- Workflows and business rules
- Security roles and access controls
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support solution delivery and integrations
- Assist with UAT planning, coordination, execution, and defect management
- Support data migration, system testing, and release activities
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ongoing CRM optimisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven business process analysis experience
- Dynamics 365 CRM solution design and configuration expertise
- Requirements documentation and user story development
- Workshop facilitation and discovery leadership
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
