Digital Business Analyst – Leading Enterprise Organisation
URGENT Initial 12-month Contract opportunity
Competitive Daily Rate
Sydney Base with hybrid work flexibility (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering innovative digital initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned BA with strong Agile delivery experience and end-to-end business analysis expertise to work across complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis activities across digital and enterprise delivery initiatives, supporting both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and designers to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Produce high-quality BA artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business requirements documentation, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, solution walkthroughs, and business readiness activities to support successful project delivery.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives and delivered with clear traceability and quality.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst, with exposure to Agile product delivery and end-to-end enterprise project environments.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business requirements documentation, and maintaining requirements traceability.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Architecture, Development, and Business SMEs.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Agile and Waterfall
• Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certifications is a plus
