About the role: Digital Adoption Lead will be responsible to lead the adoption of digital technologies across government by driving technology-enabled transformation, influencing stakeholders, and embedding new ways of working to deliver measurable value and lasting capability.

Contract: 12 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencises
- Senior leadership experience driving large‑scale digital or organisational change
- Strong understanding of government operating environments and constraints
- Proven ability to influence executives and mobilise diverse stakeholders
- Deep expertise in human‑centred design, change, and adoption methodologies
- Exceptional communication, judgement, and strategic thinking skills
