You’ll lead day‑to‑day delivery across Incidents, Small Work Orders and Project‑scale initiatives, driving strong delivery discipline, clear prioritisation and high team visibility in a hybrid environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the delivery operating model across intake, planning and execution
- Run sprint and flow ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban/Scrumban)
- Implement capacity‑based planning and realistic delivery commitments
- Improve predictability, reduce carry‑over and manage dependencies, risks and blockers
- Align stakeholders, manage trade‑offs and maintain clear delivery reporting
- Use Jira and ITSM tools to create a single source of delivery truth
- Proven Agile delivery leadership in mixed ops + project environments
- Strong flow management skills (WIP limits, ageing work, expedites)
- Experience improving delivery reliability and cadence
- Excellent stakeholder communication and governance discipline
- Hands‑on Jira experience; comfort leading hybrid teams
