A large healthcare organisation is undertaking a major HR systems transformation, moving from its current SuccessFactors environment into new instances with healthcare-aligned modules. Working alongside implementation partner Deloitte, this role will lead the SuccessFactors implementation and data stream.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity suited to an experienced SuccessFactors professional who has delivered full end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation from design through to go-live
- Oversee data migration and validation into new SuccessFactors instances
- Manage ETL processes and ensure data integrity across systems
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across HR and technology
- Identify, track and mitigate risks across the implementation lifecycle
- Mentor Data Analysts within the project team
- 5+ years’ experience as a SuccessFactors Lead
- Proven track record delivering a full SuccessFactors implementation from scratch
- Strong understanding of hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environments
- Experience with ETL tools and data migration
- Healthcare or complex multi-stakeholder experience highly regarded
- Proactive, methodical and strong communicator
- 15–18 month fixed-term role
- Moorabbin location – 3 days onsite
- Teams interview followed by in-person meeting
