Join a fast-moving cyber delivery team driving a major FY27 security roadmap. We’re looking for a proactive BA who can hit the ground running across multiple high-impact initiatives.
The role: You’ll partner with Cyber Delivery and Project Managers to deliver across 1–2 concurrent projects—owning requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting testing and delivery end-to-end.
What you’ll do:
- Capture and document clear business & technical requirements
- Produce BRDs, user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Run stakeholder workshops & support prioritisation
- Collaborate across delivery, testing, and change teams
- Support UAT and communications where needed
- Work closely with ServiceNow and contribute to automation initiatives
- Mid-level BA experience in large enterprise environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity (e.g. API, cloud, vulnerability management)
- Strong Jira & Confluence skills
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication
- Ability to write detailed, testable requirements
- Comfortable working at pace with shifting priorities
- Experience with CNAPP, Akamai, or API security tools
- Automation/orchestration tools (ServiceNow, SIEM, etc.)
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Exposure to AI-assisted BA or testing
- Fast-paced, collaborative, delivery-focused
- Strong support from senior BAs, Test, Change & Dev teams
- High visibility work with real impact
