As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling the organisation to articulate business needs, define future‑state capabilities, and support the design of solutions that uplift cyber security across the enterprise.
You will work across multiple stakeholder groups—including technology, operations, security, and transformation teams—to build shared understanding, manage requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Planning
  • Develop and manage business analysis plans and effort estimates.
  • Monitor progress and adapt activities based on new information or project changes.
Requirements Elicitation & Communication
  • Investigate business processes, systems, and pain points to understand requirements and security uplift needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaboration sessions to build stakeholder alignment.
Requirements Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain and structure requirements documentation and repositories.
  • Prioritise, trace, validate, and oversee changes to requirements throughout the project.
Context & Impact Analysis
  • Analyse processes, capabilities, rules, data flows, and architectural impacts relating to network security uplift.
  • Assess risks, interdependencies, and change implications.
Solution Design Support
  • Document future‑state process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution models.
  • Evaluate solutions, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • 4–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within complex organisations.
  • Proven experience supporting medium to large transformation or technology projects.
  • Strong background using modelling and analysis tools.
  • Experience working within enterprise environments, ideally involving security, network infrastructure, or operational uplift.
  • Ability to supervise or mentor junior BAs when required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change in large, complex enterprises.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity.
Highly Regarded
  • IIBA or Agile certification.
  • BABOK-aligned training.
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or large asset‑heavy organisations.
