We are partnering with a leading Australian fintech organisation that provides innovative technology solutions for the mortgage and lending industry. This business works with banks, brokers, and aggregators to deliver software solutions that streamline loan origination, processing, and client engagement.
They are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Sydney-based team and play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be instrumental in ensuring clients receive exceptional support and value from the organisation’s solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services
• Understanding client requirements and identifying solutions to meet their needs
• Supporting customer engagement initiatives and product adoption
• Becoming an expert in the organisation’s platform and capabilities
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success or relationship management within financial services, mortgage, or fintech technology environments.
You will bring:
• Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management
• Knowledge of the Australian mortgage or financial services market (broking, lending, or fintech experience highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn and become a product expert
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
