As the Contractor Care Coordinator, you will be a vital link in ensuring outstanding post-placement support for contractors, consultants, and payrollers. Reporting to the Director - State, your focus will be on onboarding, contract extensions, and managing contractor relationships to maximise client satisfaction and loyalty.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Manage all post-placement aspects of contractors’ lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements (excluding payroll).
- Act as the first point of contact for contractors, providing exceptional service, managing queries from start to finish.
- Proactively communicate with contractors, especially during their first month and six weeks before contract end, to discuss extensions or new opportunities.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to manage contract extensions, terminations, and related documentation.
- Generate required documentation from the database, create change requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Build professional, ethical relationships with clients and contractors in alignment with company values.
- Support administration and quality assurance tasks, including background checks, reporting, SOP creation, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Coach and mentor administrative staff, fostering continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Attention to detail and organisational ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proven experience managing a large pool of contractors and ensuring their engagement and performance are optimised.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle queries professionally, independently, and within a team environment.
- Sound understanding of administrative processes and compliance requirements related to contractor management.
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of contractor lifecycle management and related documentation.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to enhance service standards.
- A proactive approach to identifying operational improvements.
