About the client:
Our client is a global leader in Cloud and AI solutions, delivering an integrated portfolio of Business AI, Business Cloud, and Business Technology services. Their goal is to empower organisations to grow, innovate, and operate more efficiently by providing secure and reliable information management solutions.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity, located on-site at our client’s Canberra office (south-side).
We are ideally looking for candidates who fulfill the below criteria:
- Experience with UCMDB or similar platforms like ServiceNow Discovery, Flexera, or ManageEngine
- 5+ years in similar roles managing enterprise tools. Implementation experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux environment
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols - VLANs, SNMP, firewalls, standard ports, etc.
- Understanding of service mapps in CMDBs
- SQL scripting
- Desirable: ITIL certification
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens already holding a baseline security clearance or higher.
