A major and iconic Austraian Brand is seeking a Communications Lead to support a large pay cycle & rostering transformation
This part-time role is based in Richmond, Victoria, (1 - 2 days/week on site). 6 month initial contract + extension opportunities
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Lead communications for a major transformation involving changes to pay cycles and a new rostering and time & attendance platform.
- Develop and execute clear, targeted communication plans that explain what’s changing, why it matters, and what it means for different audiences.
- Craft high-quality messaging across multiple formats (email, print, SMS, digital), balancing detailed explanations with short, impactful updates.
- Translate complex and sensitive topics into simple, transparent, and engaging language.
- Ensure consistent, accurate messaging across all channels, particularly on pay-related changes.
- Partner with project, HR, and change teams to align messaging and deliver communications on time.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
- Proven experience leading communications for large-scale change (minimum 1000 staff affected), ideally involving pay, rostering, or workforce systems.
- Experience in Communication Lead roles within major enterprise environments
- Experience with time & attendance or workforce systems.
- Understanding/interest in graphic design
