The Cloud Engineer will deliver hands-on cloud infrastructure solutions within a complex enterprise healthcare environment. This role requires a customer-focused team player with strong cloud engineering experience, able to work across multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and meet strict delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Hands-on cloud engineering across Azure (70%) and AWS (30%)
- Strong Azure expertise; AWS experience is an advantage
- Infrastructure-as-code using Azure Bicep, ARM, and AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and YAML CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud infrastructure focus (not application development)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new cloud technologies
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with Bicep, ARM, and CloudFormation
- Cloud networking experience (VNET, VPC, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPN)
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, C#)
- Azure DevOps experience for cloud deployments
- Cloud identity, monitoring, and security experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Infrastructure background (Windows OS, DNS, DHCP)
