Required skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering workforce and operating model redesign.
- Skilled in role design, position descriptions, responsibility matrices and team structure alignment.
- Experience defining operating models, ways of working and governance.
- Strong change management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Practical, delivery-focused professional with experience implementing organisational change in complex environments.
