A major and iconic Austraian Brand is seeking a Change Communications & Engagement Manager to support a large Time & Attendance Program
This part-time role is based in Richmond, Victoria, (1 - 2 days/week on site). 6 month initial contract + extension opportunities
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change communication and engagement plans tailored to assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with change resources and project teams to integrate communication strategies within broader change initiatives.
- Create high-quality communication materials that ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.
- Identify and manage artefact needs, overseeing design and production with internal or external creative specialists.
- Proven experience designing and delivering change communication and stakeholder engagement plans in complex organisational environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of, eCommerce, digital, logisitics, sales and postal industry
- Experience supporting time & attendance programs
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, or a related discipline.
