Title: Change and Capability Lead
Contract: 12 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencies:
- Strong experience designing & delivering capability development programs
- Deep expertise in project & change management methodologies and maturity models
- Skilled in adult learning strategies tailored to diverse learning styles
- Hands-on experience applying change frameworks in complex environments
- Strong business analysis skills (needs, gaps, maturity assessments)
- Excellent stakeholder communication, including proposals & business cases
- Strong relationship management across cross-functional project teams
- Good to have : Experience working with industry & education providers in complex environments, Cert IV TAE or relevant project/change management qualifications
