We’re currently seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join a high-performing transformation team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful change initiatives across a dynamic and complex environment.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of end-to-end change management activities across key programs and projects. You’ll work closely with Change Managers and Project teams to analyse impacts, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of change across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of change strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, and technology
- Analyse data and provide reporting on change progress, risks, and readiness
- Assist with stakeholder mapping and engagement planning
- Develop communication materials and business readiness documentation
- Maintain change registers, risk logs, and reporting artefacts
- Facilitate workshops and support key project governance activities
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective transition and adoption
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar role supporting organisational change initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and present insights clearly
- Hands-on experience with change management methodologies(e.g. Prosci / ADKAR)
- Demonstrated experience conducting impact assessments and supporting change delivery lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Retail environments
