This is an initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension.
This role sits within an Enterprise Change function and will support large-scale transformation initiatives impacting people, process, and technology.
Ecommerce experience is a must-have for this position.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you will support the planning, analysis, and execution of change management activities across key programs. Working closely with Change Managers and Project Managers, you will play a critical role in impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of change strategies and integrated change plans
- Conduct current and future state analysis
- Identify and assess business impacts across people, process, and technology
- Maintain change impact, risk, and stakeholder registers
- Support stakeholder engagement planning and execution
- Assist in business readiness assessments and reporting
- Develop and coordinate change communications and collateral
- Support training needs analysis in partnership with L&D teams
- Coordinate workshops, forums, and change network sessions
- Monitor risks and escalate issues impacting change delivery
- Ensure governance artefacts and reporting are maintained
- Proven experience in ecommerce environments (mandatory)
- 4+ years’ experience in Change Management roles
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Strong analytical capability — able to translate complex information into clear insights
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Familiarity with change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Prosci certification (or equivalent)
- Experience working across enterprise digital transformation programs
- Exposure to governane reporting and business readiness frameworks
