We’re looking for a Campaigns Technical Lead to own the end-to-end technical delivery of digital campaigns across our App and Web platforms. You’ll be the single point of accountability for campaign technical readiness, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, with minimal customer impact.
Working closely with Product, Technology, Customer Marketing, Trade, and Operations teams, you’ll manage risk, enable confident go-live decisions, and protect the customer experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical planning, delivery, and execution of digital campaigns.
- Coordinate testing, release management, and production validation across multiple systems.
- Oversee feature flags, configurations, and approvals to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Monitor campaign health pre-launch, during launch, and post-launch.
- Act as the technical point-of-call during campaign go-live windows.
- Provide clear Go / No-Go recommendations and ensure operational readiness, including orders, invoicing, and digital receipts.
- Capture learnings to improve future campaign delivery.
- Proven experience in technical delivery of digital campaigns or large-scale digital releases.
- Strong understanding of App & Web platforms and eCommerce customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with feature flagging, QA/testing, release coordination, and production validation.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and highly delivery-oriented.
- Ability to balance speed, risk, and customer impact.
