Contract: 16 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Open to interstate candidates, subject to on-site attendance two days per month (on own expenses)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead business readiness for the EPPM value stream for SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors transition.
- Assess current processes, identify readiness gaps, and drive action plans.
- Engage stakeholders across the groups to gather requirements and secure buy-in.
- Conduct change impact assessments and support communication, training, and process updates.
- Align business processes and teams with new system capabilities.
- Support benefits realisation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT planning, testing scenarios, and validation activities.
- Ensure data quality through cleansing and transformation efforts.
- Provide go-live support, including issue resolution and transition management
- 5+ years of experience in Programs or Project Management, EPPM or PMO management, business readiness, or ERP implementations, with a focus on delivery.
- Proven experience leadership or delivery management in the EPPM space.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the EPPM functional area’s operations and processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic program environment.
- Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate adoption and reduce resistance.
- Proven experience working with virtual and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across different workstreams.
