This is a highly visible, strategic role acting as the key link between business divisions and digital teams—helping shape how digital initiatives are planned, delivered, and embedded across the organisation. You’ll join a newly established function with strong executive backing, focused on enabling the business through digital innovation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Experience Lead, you will partner across multiple divisions to:
- Build trusted relationships across executive, leadership and frontline stakeholders
- Align business needs with digital strategy, investment and delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement
- Lead change and drive adoption of digital initiatives
- Navigate complex challenges and connect stakeholders to the right solutions
- Support program delivery and track benefits realisation
About You
You’re an experienced professional who thrives in complex environments and can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in digital, transformation, change or business partnering roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Proven experience in change management and driving adoption
- Ability to analyse business problems and deliver practical solutions
- Experience supporting process improvement, project delivery and outcomes
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- Exposure to utilities, critical infrastructure or complex environments is highly regarded.
