Description:
New governance-focused position supporting Heads of Technology. Ensure Managed Service Providers (MSPs) deliver on agreed benefits, SLAs, and master agreement obligations. Develop governance frameworks, track performance and QVRs, and hold vendors accountable to drive consistent commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and processes for MSPs and vendor engagements.
- Track performance, benefits, and SLAs, including QVR preparation and reporting.
- Support Heads of Technology in holding vendors accountable and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and risk management.
Requirements:
- Strong governance experience
- Prior experience supporting heads of technology who own the relationship with 3rd party vendors & MSPs
- Prior SRM or IT vendor exposure advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
- Senior-level experience
- Ready to transition into a permanent role within 6–12 months.
