We're looking for a mid-level Digital Business Analyst (4–7 years' experience) who is passionate about customer experience and has worked closely with UX/UI Design teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
About the Role As a Business & Experience Design Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, analysing business challenges, and shaping seamless end-to-end experiences across multiple customer touchpoints.
You'll partner closely with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, uncover insights, and help design better customer journeys.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys combining traditional business analysis with customer experience, journey design, and design thinking practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements
- Map and optimise customer journeys across digital and non-digital touchpoints
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities through research, data, and insights
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Technology teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state experiences
- Support the delivery of customer-focused initiatives that improve both customer and business outcomes
- 4–7 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in digital environments
- Experience working closely with UX/UI Design teams
- Exposure to Customer Experience (CX), Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, or Human-Centred Design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- A design thinking mindset with a passion for improving customer outcomes
- The ability to interpret data, customer research, and insights and translate them into meaningful actions
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Mural, Miro, or similar collaboration/design tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
