About the Role
As a Business Analyst within the PMO, you will play a critical role in managing, analysing, and maintaining high‑quality data to support program delivery. Your work will directly influence program insights, decision‑making, and operational efficiency across a complex technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
Oversee the collection, organisation, and maintenance of program data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all program areas. - Data Analysis:
Analyse data sets to identify trends, generate insights, and support process improvement initiatives. Provide actionable recommendations to technical and business stakeholders. - Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop, monitor, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that give stakeholders clear visibility of program progress. - Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation relating to data processes, governance, standards, and quality protocols, including SOPs. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data-related issues and initiatives. - Process Mapping:
Develop process maps and workflows that detail data flows, program processes, and future‑state practices. - Testing Support:
Support testing of data-related tools, solutions, and system updates to ensure they meet business and functional requirements. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to uplift PMO data management practices and contribute to process optimisation and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis with a strong data management focus, ideally within a PMO or technical program.
- Proficiency with data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, visualisation tools, Confluence).
- Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret complex data with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
