This Business Analyst will support a major ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA) by focusing on business readiness for the People Management/HR stream. The role is responsible for mapping current and future state processes, analysing end-to-end impacts to services, roles and BAU capacity, and helping manage go-live risks through clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and readiness reporting to ensure operations transition smoothly to standardised SAP ways of working.
What you’ll do
- Map current/future state processes (Signavio/BPMN or similar)
- Analyse change impacts to processes, roles, capability and BAU capacity
- Identify readiness risks/issues/dependencies and support go-live planning
- Produce clear documentation and readiness reporting
- Proven experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in both SAP S/4HANA and People Management processes (recruitment, payroll, learning and development)
- Capturing, analysing and documenting business processes, impacts and readiness needs within a large transformation or ERP-enabled change program
- Demonstrated ability to map current and future state business processes, including use of tools or methods such as Signavio, BPMN or equivalent
- Stakeholder engagement across business, program and operational teams
- Ability to analyse change impacts across processes, workforce roles, capability, capacity and service delivery
- Experience identifying risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies affecting business readiness and go-live outcome
- Experience supporting testing, business process validation, scenario definition and issue triage from a business readiness perspective
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear artefacts for assurance, oversight and decision-making
