URGENT Initial 5-month Contract opportunity (with high likelihood to extend)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst
with experience in Digital and Business Transformation projects, along with strong a irline industry experience, to help deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business needs, drive digital innovation, and enhance end-to-end customer experiences across the airline sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business, digital, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Map current and future-state business processes and end-to-end customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Define and manage business requirements, user stories, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, supporting successful design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Conduct impact assessments across people, processes, technology, and operating models, while supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption of new capabilities.
Key Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
with proven experience supporting digital and business transformation project delivery.
• Strong experience in Agile
and DevOps
environments, including working with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Proven capability in gathering, documenting, managing business requirements, user stories, process mapping, As-Is/To-Be analysis, and impact assessments.
• Experience delivering across the full project lifecycle, including systems implementation, business process improvement, and organisational change.
• Airline industry experience is mandatory,
particularly across digital commerce, customer experience, airline retailing, or large-scale transformation programs.
