Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support ERP business readiness within Strategic Procurement, ensuring SAP S/4HANA-driven changes are effectively analysed, risk-managed, and aligned to service delivery.
Required skills and competencies:
- SAP S/4HANA + Procurement/SCM experience
- Business process analysis & documentation (large transformation/ERP)
- Current & future state mapping (Signavio, BPMN or similar)
- Strong stakeholder engagement (business, program, ops)
- Change impact analysis (process, roles, capacity, service delivery)
- Risk, issue & dependency identification (business readiness/go-live)
- Testing support, validation & issue triage
- Strong documentation & reporting skills
