Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives, mainly COTS platforms, with a focus on integration requirements and strong stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation across complex initiatives
- Define real-time / near-real-time integration requirements between systems
- Develop business cases (cost/benefit, risk, value)
- Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders
- Partner with product, project and technical teams to drive delivery
- Support UAT (acceptance criteria, traceability)
- Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA standards
- Proven experience as IT Business Analyst; Experience leading enterprise COTS programs
- Integration experience
- Strong business case development experience
- Exposure to PLM / ERP / MRP / MRO or similar enterprise systems
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps (or similar)
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, or regulated industries
- Desirable: CBAP/PMI-PBA/Agile BA certs; experience in regulated/complex environments; process modelling/change management.
