About the role
Join our government client as a Business Analyst and play a vital role in transforming service delivery through digital workflow solutions.
In this position, you will collaborate with the team to elicit, define, and document business requirements for Helix workflows.
Your expertise will contribute to streamlining processes and enhancing government services, making a real difference in the community.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in eliciting and defining business requirements
- Ability to produce clear, testable, and traceable Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
- Experience working with workflow or process automation tools
- Experience with BMC Helix or similar workflow platforms
- Experience in Government or public sector environments
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
