We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of digitised products within a large, strategic transformation program. This newly created role sits within a dedicated product redesign initiative and is critical to the successful redesign and implementation of streamlined, user‑friendly digital solutions. You will lead the analysis, redesign and digitisation of products, ensuring solutions are scalable, fit for purpose and aligned with broader program objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business process models using approved methods and tools (BPMN, Visio or equivalent)
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to elicit, analyse and validate business and functional requirements
- Develop and manage business requirements documentation, user stories, use cases and functional specifications, ensuring end-to-end traceability
- Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements through digitisation
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical delivery teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Review and validate solution designs, prototypes and configurations against agreed requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and validation of outcomes
- Provide expert advice on business analysis best practice, process improvement and delivery standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to program governance, including progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex IM/ICT or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools and standards
- Proven ability to lead analysis activities within a program or multi-stream delivery environment
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with strong attention to detail
- Experience developing detailed process models, business requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
- A collaborative, outcome-focused approach with strong influencing skills
