- Seeking EAM Business Analyst for our key state government client. Our client is currently progressing a business case and data readiness activities for an Enterprise Asset Management solution, designed to help manage a broad asset portfolio including fleet, buildings, plant, and equipment. In this role, you will support asset data readiness efforts, contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement, coordinate stakeholder identification and engagement, prepare work specifications and statements of work, and assist with test case development and execution.
- Develop data specifications, along with data collection and remediation plans.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to support asset data readiness and ensure the ongoing accuracy and currency of collected data.
- Support requirements definition and the identification and selection of appropriate data capture toolsets.
- Facilitate and monitor field-based and system data collection activities using the selected toolset.
- Assist with the development of design specifications and statements of work.
- Support the development of test cases and the delivery of test outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and assessment, develop a stakeholder matrix, and provide ongoing stakeholder management.
- Vast experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, working with complex ICT systems and diverse stakeholders, preferably within a government environment.
- Experience working with or implementing asset management solutions; exposure to the ServiceNow EAM application is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of asset management frameworks and the critical role they play in shaping effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience preparing data specifications, design specifications, and statements of work for one or more asset classes, including Fleet, Buildings, Plant, and Equipment.
- Proven experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management data, including asset master and reference data, maintenance schedules, standard jobs, and related datasets.
- Understanding of finance and supply chain systems and how they integrate with asset management solutions.
- Experience in collecting, creating, and cleansing asset master data to support solution implementation.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using common tools such as Excel, SQL Server/SQL Studio, and Power BI.
