We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Business Analyst to support the delivery of CRM enhancements as part of a large-scale digital transformation program.
Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into effective solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document and prioritise business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Develop user stories, functional specifications and process maps
- Produce high-quality analysis artefacts and project documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to support solution delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimisation
- Prepare reports, presentations and executive-ready updates
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering CRM projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM highly desirable
