This position will suit an identity and access management professional looking to contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable, and effective identity management solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions tailored to the organisation’s internal workforce within a cloud environment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective IAM strategies.
- Configure and manage IAM features, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimise IAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience using industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement automation processes to enhance IAM capabilities and streamline administrative tasks.
- Ensure solutions align with security frameworks and support organisational goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM platforms such as Okta, Saviynt, or Ping Identity.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access Policies, and App Registration.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Hold an NV1 security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
It is desirable if you have:
- Prior experience working within government agencies or similar environments.
- Additional certifications or training related to IAM or cloud security.
