We are looking for an AI Enablement Contractor to provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day delivery support across our AI Practice. This is a short‑term contract role focused on execution, coordination, and operational follow‑through
You’ll work closely with teams using Copilot and other AI tools, helping keep training, governance, reporting, and enablement activities running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate AI training sessions, showcases, and internal AI events
- Maintain AI governance documentation, including registers, artefacts, and evidence required for compliance
- Manage Copilot licences, access changes, and user communications
- Produce and maintain operational reports and dashboards tracking AI usage and adoption
- Analyse AI operations data and prepare summaries for stakeholders
- Support AI agent registration and onboarding, including tracking approvals and documentation
- Provide day‑to‑day support to internal AI Champions building AI solutions
- Assist with testing new AI features, tools, and processes
- Help communicate and roll out new AI capabilities and updates across the business
- Strong hands‑on experience using Copilot and Claude
- Comfortable using AI tools daily (not an AI engineer or data scientist)
- Interested in AI governance, risk, and compliance
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Clear, confident communicator who works well with multiple teams
- Financial Services or regulated‑environment experience preferred
