We’re seeking an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer
to build, support, and enhance enterprise digital platforms using AEM. This role plays a key part in both day-to-day operations and project delivery, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and support AEM-based web applications (AEM 6.x, Java, JSP, HTL, JavaScript)
• Maintain and enhance digital platforms and Adobe tools (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager; Campaign a plus)
• Follow SDLC and DevOps practices to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide production support including incident management, releases, upgrades, and environment setup
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver projects on time, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement
Required Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience as Software/Web Developer with solid Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and JavaScript experience
• Skilled with Sightly/HTML, ReactJS, EcmaScript, etc.
• Strong Front end experience
• Good understanding of Adobe’s Analytics, Target & Audience Manager, and Adobe Campaign product
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience in large or regulated organisations
• Adobe certifications are a plus
