Title : Copilot Studio Technical SME/Senior Developer
Duration : 6 Month + likely extension
Location : Carseldine , Qld (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencies:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Dynamics 365.
- Proven expertise in enterprise AI solutions, conversational design, prompt engineering, and AI-driven solution patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to guide organisations through AI maturity stages, establishing service models and governance frameworks.
- Strong integration skills including REST APIs, connectors, and enterprise system interoperability.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly IS18 / ISMS and data classification frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and supporting scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- A background mentoring teams and providing technical assurance of vendor deliverables.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations, ideally within government or similar sectors.
- Previous roles as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or SME specialising in Copilot Studio or AI delivery.
