Seeking a Service Desk Officer to provide technical support and deliver high-quality end-user digital services for an state government client based in Mackay. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues, resolving service requests, and escalating incidents as needed, ensuring a seamless digital experience for all users.
Required Experience
- Proficient in IT support functions with knowledge of Service Desk systems and IT tools
- Experience in resolving PC system, peripherals, and desktop application problems,
- Experience with deployment and configuration scripts on a Microsoft platform
- Incident management and troubleshooting around applications like Office 365, Teams, SharePoint etc.
- Demonstrated experience in similar Information Technology Support roles (L1/ L2)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and customer service in an IT environment
