Our client is looking for a Digital Content Support Officer for an initial 5 month contract.
This position will provide product management and support to websites and intranets, problem solving, content management, compliance and reporting for the organisation’s digital products to improve and meet the needs of customers, accessibility and legal requirements.
The role will also support project leads managing small to medium sized projects, working with business owners and key stakeholders consolidating/migrating content from legacy content management systems (CMS), Squiz and SharePoint 2013, to the enterprise CMS, Adobe Enterprise Management.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Squiz Matrix or SharePoint content management systems
- Experience with content migration process to migrate a vast amount of content from legacy CMS to new enterprise CMS
- Demonstrated understanding and developing information architectures (IA) and site structures to support the migration
- Experience developing and delivering content that meets best practice plain English, accessibility, editorial and brand standards.
- Ability to support training content authors on the content management system
