About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Workflow Systems Developer.
This is a contract role until 10 February 2026, with an extension option to June 2026, located at our client’s Canberra office .
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Design and deliver Microsoft platform solutions to support internal workflows
- Apply systems thinking to map interdependencies across programs
- Create visualisations and design plans for technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop automation processes using Microsoft Enterprise Applications including Copilot Studio
- Engage with stakeholders and respond to enquiries
- Support system improvements and team objectives
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in Microsoft Studio/Agent design and workflow development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of AI principles and no-code environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
It is desirable if you have:
- Coding skills (preferred but not essential)
- Experience transferring knowledge on Microsoft Copilot
- Recent qualifications in business process design or systems analysis
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline security clearance.
